for you to give a breath sample if asked. If, for example you are convicted of
"Refusing to give a breath sample" for the first time, but was earlier convicted
of "Driving while impaired", your conviction for "Refusing" will count as a
second conviction, not a first, and will receive the stiffer penalty for second

How Should The United States Treat Todays Criminals?
691 Words - 3 Pages.... believed that there are forces beyond that
person’s control that caused him/her to make the decision. For example, in
the United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, an inmate brutally stabbed a
correctional officer to death with a homemade knife. This inmate is not

rehabilitation programs believing that this decision to take human life was
caused by the environment that the inmate lived in. ....

Legalizing marijuana would increase our economy's revenue.
During Prohibition alcohol use was still sold and used, but people were
doing it illegally. The 21st amendment repealed prohibition and alcohol
taxes were increased. The same thing should happen with drugs. Marijuana
should be taxed heavily to increase our revenue. Marijuana and other drugs
would be made by the same people who make aspirin so the quality would be
assured, containing no poisons or adulterants. Sterile hypodermic needles
will be readily available at corner drug stores. These could be taxed
heavily because the users will be assured of "clean drugs."
Making drugs legal ....

It is also argued that by making it difficult for guns to be bought and registered for the American public there is a threat to the personal safety of American families everywhere.

Facts About Marijuana

herbal preparation. A "mythical" and "legendary" pharmacist and
emperor Shen Nung thought using it as a seditive was all right. In
2,700 B.C. that same "mythical" emperor said it helped female

He also expressed that he was horrified that he was capable of doing something of such great damage. Some people may have forgiven him, but he will never be forgotten.

He learned to accept what he had done and lived his life the best way he knew how. Even though he did not want to die, he was still forced into the electric chair.
