Burger Wars
397 Words - 2 Pages.... Wendy's burgers were the most unhealthy of the three restaurants. These burgers had more calories, saturated fat, sodium, and cholesterol than the others. They were also the highest priced. However, Wendy's hamburgers were bigger and contained the most protein. Personally, I feel that bigger or not, burgers were not meant to be square.
McDonald's hamburgers seemed to be pretty healthy considering their size. They had the least calories, fat, and sodium. They were also the cheapest priced. However, they did have the least protein. Milestones In Communication
1394 Words - 6 Pages.... Run
For centuries, the speed of communication was, in essence, the speed of transportation. Perhaps no event so dramatizes this limitation as Pheidippides' run following the battle of Marathon in 490 BC.

Fearing that the defeated Persians would regroup and attack Athens and that the city would surrender without knowing of the victory, the Greek general dispatched his swiftest runner, Pheidippides. As he reached the city, Pheidippides stumbled, delivered his message, and fell dead of exhaustion.

939 Words - 4 Pages.... can be by reason. Nature generally in the distribution of her capacities has adapted the means to the end, its true destination must be to produce will, not merely good as a means to something else, but good in itself, for which reason was absolutely necessary.
A good will is one that acts for the sake of duty. Human actions have inner moral worth only if they are performed from duty. Actions that result from inclination or self-interest may be praiseworthy if they happen, for whatever reason, to accord with duty, but they have no inner worth. "Kant warns that those who fail to understand properly the concept of duty may be tempted to act from motives that may be ....

Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, or Kentucky Fried Chicken. Fast food would be
an easy solution to the problem of the time factor. Fast food can easily be
recognized when you enter the parking lot. For fast food the parking lot is
more accessible to people(less landscaping), more entrances and exit doors(for
more saved time). Once entering the building one can distinguish a fast food
restaurant, by the high traffic tile floors, plastic bench seating that does
not move for comfort, and the poor taste of interior design with small amounts
